Oracle R12 HCM Functional Lead
Oracle R12 HR Functional Lead required by Whitehall Resources for an initial 3- 6 month contract based in Brussels, Belgium. For this role we are looking for a candidate that has valid SC Level Security Clearance.
Our client are looking for an Oracle HCM Expert that can help deploy HCM modules with a particular emphasis on Oracle Performance Management (PFM)
Project: R12.1.3 Greenfield Implementation of Oracle Financials, SCM, and HCM.
Skill | Experience Required;
*SC Level Security Clearance
*Oracle Release 12 (R)
*Oracle HCM Functional Expertise
*Must have delivered Oracle Performance Management (PFM)
*Team Lead experience is essential
*Strong Oracle HR Functional requirements gathering, Gap Analysis and Functional Documentation and R12 HR configuration essential.
*Excellent communication skills
