Expected experience with WebSphere, Cast Iron is 6.5 to 10 years
Part of large transformational project to work as lead
The prime responsibility includes manage technical delivery of a project and work as specialist with expertise in particular technology & industry domain or a process.
Should have hands on experience in architecture, design and dev. of Cast Iron Experience in implementing the designs provided for building interfaces between a single client system and Salesforce.com
Good Understanding of Salesforce Data Model.
Exposure to using Multiple instances of WebSphere Cast Iron and deployment.
Data migration experience using integration tool to these systems
Drive & Participate in requirement gathering, architecture design, design reviews of robust app to meet functional and non-functional requirements (performance and security)
Capable of providing consultation of best practices, validating the solution
Interact with the necessary stakeholders
