Service Delivery Manager/Brussels/French/Dutch/English
Endeavour Recruitment has a fantastic contract opportunity for a skilled Service Delivery Manager to join our global client on a long term contract in Brussels.
The Service Delivery Manager needs to have proven experience setting up or revamping a Delivery Management System (DMS) in an organisation delivering services towards external customers.
The DMS is the system containing the processes, procedures and Governance for the daily management of the delivery organization.
Activities to be covered as part of the project include:
. Defining and implementing Service delivery agreements with different solution groups and services.
. Defining and implementing internal Governance structure
. Defining and implementing the meeting structure with the Customer organizations
. Kicking off of the Service delivery managers meeting
The following skills and experience are required:
1. Senior role in Service Architecture, Delivery -and Transition for Business and/or IT
2. Management in IT environments of large and mid-sized companies
3. Senior & Strategic Consulting
4. Program/Project & IT Management
5. Process Management (Operational excellence in Delivery of Services)
6: Fluent in English, Dutch and French
