Senior Developer/Designer/Java/JavaScript/HTML/C#/PL/SQL
Our global client is looking for a software engineering consultant/Senior Developer who can implement actions to standardise several parts of a global software development process for a major player.
Activities:
- Defining coding standards and implementing them in rule sets (Java, C# and PL/SQL) and code quality dashboards (TFS, Sonar)
- Setting up build management (TFS, Jenkins) (first steps towards continuous integration)
- Define standards (Way of Working) for version management and build management and technical design
- Define Development acceptance criteria
- Setting up/integrating artefact management
- Performing QA towards projects
Experience required:
- University degree, preferably in Software Engineering or Computer Science
- At least 10 years Software Engineering experience
- Experience with Microsoft Team Foundation Server (TFS) for collaborative software development
- Experience in analysis, Object Oriented modelling and technical design
Must Haves:
- Experience with state of the art development tools/platforms, software quality management tools, designing tools, development languages (Java/JavaScript/HTML) and delivery methods (SDM/Prince2, Scrum)
- Experience with implementing software development process improvements
- Experience with full life cycle software delivery
- Experience with both custom development as package implementation
- Experience with mainstream programming languages like Java and .NET(C#) and JavaScript and preferably PL/SQL
- Focus on software quality
