SAP Tester
Assistant Test Coordinator and Test Designer/Tester for EOS2 project component migration. This project involves the relocation of all existing foundations ( databases, application Servers, AD, archiving, printing, ... ) and applications of our customer to the new data centers .
The project is divided into three main groups, each with their own Project Leader, Test coordinator and a number of test Designers. In this context, the candidate will be responsible for test preparation and execution related to the relocation of a number of applications to the new data center .
The assignment includes the following tasks:
- Actively involved in the development of the test approach
- Assists the Test Coordinator at the test preparation
- Development of test scenarios and test data, supporting key users, business analysts and/or designers when developing test scenarios and test data. These are functional tests, but also partly technical tests ( with focus on interface testing, but possibly also failover, performance, ... )
- Agree with the testers concerned about timing and way of working
- Performs self-tests and supports the other testers ( Designers, Business Analysts, Business users )
- Does a first analysis of defects and will follow up on this. Possibly assist in troubleshooting
- Documents the all test true in HP Quality Center 11
- Reports about the test aspects of the Test Coordinator
The candidate may also be involved in other projects .
Skills
Thorough knowledge of formal test design techniques
Good knowledge of test management
Solid general IT technical knowledge, which allows to design obv independent tests functional and technical design documentation for various types of applications
Thorough knowledge of Quality Center (as a user)
Good knowledge of UML/Use Case Modeling
Knowledge of SAP ECC6 and SAP CRM and SAP SRM module is an advantage
Knowledge of Scripting/development is an advantage
Experience:
In depth experience with the application of formal testing techniques (eg, equivalence partitioning, boundery value analysis) and preparation of test data
Thorough experience with test preparation and test execution
Solid experience with Quality Center
Experience as Test Coordinator
Experience with migration projects is a plus
Experience with SAP is a plus
Experience with Use Cases and UML analysis techniques is an advantage
Experience with relocation of data center (Servers + applications) is an advantage
Obtained the ISEB Foundation Certificate in Software Testing
