Description
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent. 6+ years of hands-on enterprise software QA engineering, analysis, and testing experience.
Full project life cycle experience, including requirements gathering, design, development, system test, user acceptance testing.
Experience with Agile delivery principles and practices, preferably Scrum-based, and on agile
engineering development practices.
Experience in testing traditional/responsively designed web applications and web services
Experience with test management tools.
Experience with ATDD/BDD a plus.
Experience with writing SQL queries.
Experience working with global teams in an agile environment.
Experience in the financial services industry is a plus.
Skills & Knowledge
Solid Understanding of Quality Assurance methods and best practices.
Test Management Tools such as Quality Center.
UI & web service testing tools such as SOAPUI, SOATest, QTP, Selenium, Fitnesse.
BDD tools a plus, such as Cucumber.Advanced data manipulation skills.
Strong technical skills including a good understanding of Java & mobile technologies.
Solid understanding of browser nuances.
Strong attention-to-detail, analytical skills, organizational skills, and a demonstrated ability to work
effectively with developers, business analysts, system analysts, and QA peers.
Ability to prioritize and balance multiple tasks.
