Description
SAP SD Consultant required to help with our end user client on a full time basis.Provide implementation support on the SAP solution (ECC, SD/MM)
Issue investigation, solution identification, solution recommendation, configuration (with HP), testing and solution documentation.
Responsibilities
? Recipient of knowledge transfer from 3rd party SAP consultants
? Analyse support issues logged with helpdesk, and ensure that these are fully documented
? Take ownership of issue investigation and resolution
? Provide high quality management information on customer service levels
? Coordinate issues and monitor issue resolution
? Involvement in support pack upgrades and system patch upgrade testing
? Act as intermediary between functional owners and SAP technical team where required
? Analyse internal change requests for SAP
? Ensure support / training documentation is maintained
? Deliver training to users where required
