Project environment
The Human Resources (HR) project team of a leading Swiss Bank is responsible for the implementation of the new HR core platform as part of HR Transformation. HR Transformation is viewed as an in-flight program which is aligned with the Industrialization framework of the Bank. In collaboration with the project leads and the team members, the Regional UAT Leads are responsible for the organization and coordination of the UATs to ensure a smooth transition into the new HR environment.
Tasks
• Organize system access for all local test script writers and UAT testers.
• Coordinate local SME's during test scenario reviews, test case writing and review.
• Organize logistics for the project and the Quality Center training.
• Ensures testing is executed against the plan and support testers in the respective location(s).
• Assist the global UAT lead in regards to reporting and defect management.
• Participate in several UAT calls.
• Support the Run the Bank in stabilization phase.
Requirements
• At least 7 Years of experience in the Financial Services industry.
• The person ideally has experience in various functions inside as well as outside of Human Resources.
• Strong project management skills and experience in managing global virtual teams.
• Strong network within the organization to pull resources / information.
Soft skills
• Strong communication skills in English (oral and written).
• Skilled communicator to manage stakeholders, project owner and affected employees.
• Demonstrated strength to deliver results and implement change against challenging timelines.
