Description
A Mechanical Designer is needed on a 12 month contract. This position is likely to extend and could convert to permanent. The rate is $25-35 per hour.My premier client is currently seeking a strong SolidWorks designer to unertake an advanced project to design highly specialized plastics for its market leading Devices. The project will be undertaken using SolidWorks and an advanced knowledge of this product is a must in order to meet the demands on the project. The Mechanical Designer will be immersed in the design stage of bringing a new product to market as well as updated existing on-market products.

Candidates for this position must have the following skills and experience:
- Associates degree or higher
- 2- 5+ years Medical Device Engineering experience
- Proven track record within device design
- Advanced SolidWorks skills and experience
