FlexTrade Support EngineerOur client in Midtown Manhattan is looking to fill a full time position for a FlexTrade Support analyst. Salary is 55-85K. Visa transfers and relocation assistance are not available.
Responsibilities
- Ensure that all systems are running efficiently at all times
- Identify and provide root cause analysis for network, OS and application issues
- Utilize external techniques and be able to quickly pick up clients' methods for resolving system issues
Requirements
- Work experience on FlexTrade trading platform
- At least one experience with Bloomberg terminals
- Confident knowledge of Microsoft OS
- Experience with support of web applications
- Solid knowledge of networking
