Fixed Income Support Analyst

Our client, which is an international financial institution in Midtown Manhattan, is looking for a strong Support Analyst with experience in Fixed Income and Interest Rates. Salary is K. OPT and F1 visas are not acceptable. No relocation assistance. Candidates must have previous experience in electronic trading and Fixed Income.

Responsibilities

- Sustain the infrastructure for the Fixed Income/Interest Rates business globally

- Working with Interest Rates Trading Desk to make sure the trading and risk systems are working efficiently

- Start of day checks and ensuring that the system runs smoothly every day

- It is vital that the system stays connected so client can continually perform external trades with partners

- Candidates should have experience with Unix/Linux and similar databases such as Oracle and SQL

- Candidate should be comfortable resolving issues and troubleshooting any problems that might arise
