SAP Support Manager / North London / Retail / Non Travelling role / Salary to £70,000-£80,000 plus bonus and additional benefits.SAP Support Manager is required to be based in North London and work within the Retail industry. My client is one of the UKs most recognisable high street retail brands and this is an excellent opportunity to join their SAP Support & BAU function following the recently implementation of SAP and most recently Plant Maintenance. As the SAP Support Manager you will personally be responsible for all Business As Usual activities including 2nd /3rd line support, guidance and best practice knowledge and manage the SAP Support Team which includes 8 Support Consultant. Indirectly you will manage and work closely with the SAP Support Partner and additional Business Users.
Your responsibilities will include -
*The operational running of the SAP applications
*The development and management of the support team in order to achieve increasingly high levels of customer satisfaction
*The proactive management of third party suppliers to ensure that the service provided is in line with the agreed service level agreements.
*Ensuring that good financial and business control is in place and adhered to by the SAP support team
*Management of SAP user licences to ensure the client is operating within their contractual obligations
Essential requirements -
*Experience of managing and leading a SAP support team that provides support to an ECC, SRM and Portal SAP solution
*Good general understanding of applications, application interfacing and architectural models
*Excellent knowledge of an Integrated ERP solution.
*The ability to collaborate with technical and non-technical individuals across a variety of IS and business functions
*Capability to effectively influence and negotiate
*Experience of Third Party supplier management including supplier selection
