My client is looking to hire a Senior PM Plant Maintenance Consultant, WITH PHARMA EXPERIENCE/background, for their Pharma client based in London, and preferably someone with Pharma domain background as wellThis will be a contract role, for 12-15 months, and can be a “contract to hire”
The PM Consultant MUST HAVE:
01) Strong SAP PM consultancy skills, with Integration knowledge to other modules.
02) High Onsite experience
03) Customer (Business) facing at User sites [If good, may have to travel to those sites and lead the rollouts]
04) Data Integration
05) Pharma Experience – MUST
Overall specification:
PM functional knowledge, with at least 6 years of SAP and PM
* Organisation structure, Master data - Equipment, functional location, tasklist, Serialized material, Equipment BOM
* Maintenance processing - objects (Notifications & order management) and scenarios (Processes - Breakdown maintenance, Preventive maintenance, Predictive maintenance, calibration, and work clearance management) (Important)
* Inspection, maintenance planning and scheduling, confirmations, engineering spare parts management
* Writing test cases using HPQC (Important), Knowledge of Solman, Beamex CMX calibration management system Interface, Reporting
Data / Integration experience
* Pharma domain experience/knowledge (Important)
* Soft skills - (Important) - Business facing.
* Deployment experience - Onsite working experience handling business users, interacting with client IT team, managing user issues - testing - training
* Engagement experience - relationship building with team, across the project stakeholders
