I am currently working with a NHS Trust who are currently seeking an Serious Incident Manager to lead on Investigations with in the Quality Governance team.To be successful in this role you will need to have experience of the following;
- Quality governance agenda experience
- SI investigation and management
- Drafting the investigation reports
- excellent root cause analysis skills
- met CQC and MONITOR Deadlines
- Experience in Serious Adverse Events and Never Events
- NHS experience
You will be tasked with providing effective leadership and expertise to the operational function of SIs and must be able to work under pressure.
This role will be for an immediate start and is paying a daily rate of circa £250 - £280 per day DOE
