UI Developer / Contract / Reading / £250pdMy client a top tier consultancy is looking for a UI Developer with to work for their clients based in Reading.
Job Description:
UI Developer having skills in HTML CSS Javascript and frameworks such as Blueprint CSS and JQuery, EXT JS/GWT.
- Rapidly turn visual mock ups into working prototypes
- Quickly troubleshoot and recommend fixes for rendering errors- Expertise in hand coding table
-less web layouts using DIV tags
- Must be proficient with JavaScript and a good understanding of DOM objects
- In depth understanding of XHTML validation and cross browser/platform issues
- Semantic Coding techniques and cross browser and backward compatibility
- Good understanding of debug tools such as Firebug, IE Developer Toolbar
- Good to have clear understanding of Accessibility and WCAG, W3C guidelinesTechnologies
- HMTL/CSS/Javascript, JQuery, Dojo
- Knowledge of XML/Ajax/JSONSoftware Knowledge
- Dreamweaver , Note Pad ++, Edit Plus
