Description
Our international client is looking for a Functional Application Support to join their global project on a long term freelance/contract basis.
You will be responsible for:
* Functional Application Support
Super User Support and Training
Testing of major changes
Communication of global incidents
Functional system administration (eg central reference data)
Maintain support documentation
* Functional Process Support
Monitoring global process
Understand functional aspects of application, its interfaces and its position in global process chain
Oversee solutions of global incidents
Maintain global procedures
If required issues need to be escalated to the IT department (IS&D) or Global HR Business Analyst.
Requirements:
- Bachelor or master degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field;
- 2-3 years' experience with PeopleSoft HCM 9.1
- Experience with databases, be able to read queries and write simple queries
- Experience with reporting tools (HR Analytics)
- General knowledge of techniques for explaining technical concepts to non-technical users.
- Experience with testing.
