Description
Service Transition Analyst required.
You will be responsible for Delivery of Analysis, Design, Implementation and Transition assurance Products across the Programme. Focusing on ITIL Service Strategy and Service Design processes design and development to a World Class standard.
Supporting the Transition Programme Lead in protecting the live operational services.
Support the Business Process Owners in designing and implementing ITIL Service Strategy and Service Design processes supporting the Programme
Facilitate and participate in People, Process and System design and implementation workshops.
Develop Transition and Service Management related Product Descriptions and Work Packages.
Assure the Products being implemented by the other workstreams such as Smart Metering Wide Area Network (SMWAN), Comms Hub and the System Integrator.
Candidates must be ITIL V3 Expert
Have previous demonstrable experience of the development and delivery of ITIL processes.
Previous experience of working as part of a delivery team.
Strong customer and/or supplier management background.
Strong presentation skills.
It would be highly desirable if candidates have worked within the Utilities Sector/Environment.
Operational and Service Acceptance experience.
Business Testing and assurance experience.
