We are seeking several Microsoft Outlook Product Support openings in Maywood, Illinois.
Selected candidates will work on the migration from Groupwise to Outlook.
Required Qualifications
- Must have Microsoft Outlook experience
- Migration experience
- Groupwise experience desired
- Ticketing system experience preferably HEAT
- Troubleshooting
- Password resets
- Helpdesk/Customer service oriented
- Assist users with connectivity issues, setting up calendars, booking conference rooms, etc.
