Description
A Maintenance Engineer is required for a growing pharmaceutical company based in the South-East to diagnose faults and implement solutions for repairs to all manufacturing and facilities equipment in compliance with the current safety guidelines.The responsibilities of the successful Maintenance Engineer will include:
* Ensures both all utilities services and manufacturing process equipment are maintained to manufacturing standards at all times and in full compliance with Quality and Safety and cGMP standards.
* Completes all duties as per relevant SOP’s related to troubleshooting and preventive maintenance.
* Adheres to all relevant dress requirements with respect to cGMP’s rules.
* Ensures all required documentation is completed accurately and on time.
* Actively contributes to continuous improvements across the plant.
The required experience for the successful Maintenance Engineer includes:
* Have a core understanding of Pharmaceutical environment utilities and Building Management Systems.
* Previous experience of the composition of PPM’s and Scheduled Preventative Maintenance.
* An understanding of PLC’s including the use of fault-finding diagnostics.
* Have worked with a Preventive Maintenance System.
* Knowledge of cGMP requirements.
