Our CLIENTOur client is a multinational group, expert in the technology sector and one of the largest employers in Switzerland.
Today they are looking for a Change Manager. The role will be focused on international process improvement projects while ensuring a sustainable development of projects.
You will be responsible to drive and manage field improvement programs, all the contracts and claim management, the project planning, the resource management and the commissioning efficiency. You will also be responsible to optimise business performance and secure a clear P&L.
The ROLE
In a pool of project managers you will:
- Be responsible for the entire project execution from contracts and claim management to resource management and project planning. You will do this for all improvement programs you are in charge of across Europe
- Deliver successful improvement programs to optimise business performance while ensuring projects are delivered on time and budget
- Ensure process improvement and sustainable program implementation
- Build an internal network and lead teams across several countries
- Help improve and define the tools and standards used by the business
The REQUESTED profile
To be successful in this role you need to have a good experience (~ 4 years+) in change, project or process management and experience with project management processes and tools. Ideally you are also familiar with the environmentally friendly infrastructure industry or with the optimisation of processes.
This is an international role based in Zurich with up to 40% travel.
Fluent English is required and ideally German
