Our CLIENTOur client is a multinational group, expert in the technology sector and one of the largest employers in Switzerland.
Today they are looking for a Service Manager. The role will be focused on international Infrastructure projects.
You will be responsible to drive and manage field improvement programs, the resource management, dispatching and back office optimisation. You will also be responsible to optimise business performance and secure a clear P&L.
The ROLE
- Be responsible to drive the programs and to optimise the performance.
- Deliver successful improvement programs to optimise business performance while ensuring projects are delivered on time and budget
- Ensure process improvement and sustainable program implementation across Europe
- Build an internal network and lead teams across several countries
- Help improve and define the tools and standards used by the business
The REQUESTED profile
To be successful in this role you need to have a good experience (~ 4 years+) in Service Management, ideally with the service processes and tools. You would have also had experience with Change Management and coaching of individuals to achieve an efficient working environment.
This is an international role based in the Greater Zurich area with up to 40% travel.
Fluent English is required and ideally German
