Project ManagerCorporate Treasury TBA Initiative:* Account/Infrastructure setup
* Systems connectivity / standards
* Interpretation of market-standard, legal documentation [MSFTA] for translation into system logic
* Reconciliation work and compilation of management reporting
* Ad hoc query resolution
* SME work on related projects
* Management of expectations
* Proactive follow-up with internal departments to reach a timely and effective resolution
* To advise management on a timely basis of any issues in maintaining such procedures
* To suggest improvements whenever applicable
* Efficient self-organization to ensure the right priority is given to the correct task at all times
* To achieve a good knowledge level of all systems used to support the business and participate in testing and development of new systems as required
* Understand the business activities
* Ensure market knowledge in areas that impact our clients is up-to-date and sufficient to effectively service the business activities
PROFILE:
Background
* At least 3 years of Project Management experience [preferred in collateral management]
Demonstrable Skills
* Enquiring, logical and analytical thinking
* Excellent verbal and written communication
* Good knowledge of collateral management operations
* Ability to handle analytical tasks

Personal Skills
* Reliable team player
* Able to develop risk-management skills as experience and understanding of collateral process / infrastructure develops
* Able to manage and resolve complex requests with maturity and diplomacy, seeking assistance of the team and management when required
* Able to think independently and to question issues or procedures with a view to improvement
