Description
A leading multi-billion dollar hedge fund is building a state of the art high-grade greenfield platform for Cross Product trading capabilities. They are currently looking to bring on a C++ Developer for their core businesses that include but are not limited to the following asset classes: Derivatives, Equities, FX, and Commodities. They are seeking talented, technically competent, reliable developers to develop software to support the core pricing and analysis of currency data on the system. Functionality owned by the FX team ranges from trading strategy back testing, to real-time high-volume pricing, to innovative price discovery and valuation tools.This group is rapidly growing and expanding and is looking for individuals who are comfortable working on all different levels of an application, whether its architecting the backend or helping to design and build a user interface.
The compensation range for this position is between $150,000 and $200,000 and will include Bonus, Equity, 401K and generous paid time off.
The ideal candidate will have these qualifications, however not limited to the following:
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of C/C++ development experience
- Comfortable in both a Linux and Windows environment is preferred
- Experience in all aspects of the software development life cycle
- Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential.
- Leadership, management, and mentoring experience highly valued
- A proven track record in taking a project from initial vision through to production deployment is a must.
