Role - Systems/Software Developer
Location - London
Contract - 3 months
Experienced Systems/Software Developer required initially 3 months, location London.
You will be a member of the Technology Team and be accountable for providing systems, software and database development.
Skills required:
*Web development using Visual Studio, ASP.NET, Ajax, C#, HTML, HTML5, XML,CSS3, JQuery XML, Java,Adobe Flex, BlazeDS, Python, Javascript
* SQL (Oracle/MS SQL server)
*PL/SQL
*ArcGIS Server, ArcSDE, WebGIS, Portal for GIS
* Familiar with data parsers (from different formats like JSON, XML)
*Excellent communications skills
* Ability to work on their own or as part of a team
*Ability to manage conflicting priorities
Experience & knowledge required:
Object-oriented analysis and design.
Development of web-based applications
Know how to analyse requirements in order to deliver the best and most cost efficient solutions.
A solid understanding of SDLC
Significant demonstrable software development experience within a Real Time environment.
Experience of version control & configuration management tools.
Experience of large-scale commercial applications software development, supported by quality Practices including coding and architectural standards.
Experience in Web Mapping
Hardware systems interface development experience
Relevant experience of a modelling language
