This global biotech are looking for a dedicated, passionate and efficient individual to drive and support the medical information service across all therapy areas. Key Responsibilities
  • Manage all materials relating to medical information, medical education, grants and advisory boards with regards to submission, approval, translation and distribution
  • Support the team with office and field based projects
  • Manage key accounts of agencies/ consultants
  • Organise internal training and materials
  • Attending and documenting team and EU meetings
  • Manage meetings with HCPs, contracts, logistics and document approvals
  • Meet company requests to obtain and ensure copyright approval of scientific articles
  • Support the management of access programmes
  • ZINC processing for international documents
  • Assist with development, approval and translation of internal MA materials and track materials approved internationally
  • Provide global support for named patient programme through documentation generation, filing and regulatory reviews
  • Handle requests for information from HCPs and commercial partners
  • Track MSL activity for clinical trials and handle data for MSL information requests
  • Collate EU congress playbooks and collate session reports
  • Oversee MA contracts, MA grants, MA study sponsorship through the generation of new contracts, submission approval, compliant filing, organising payments, material transfers, tracking achievements, attending review meetings and filing publications and study reports.
  • Assist MA Director with the planning, budget tracking and handling queries from US finance.
  • Write medical information letters and adapt US version for use in Europe
  • Support the design and implementation of medical information booths at congresses
  • Carry out annual review of filing for compliance
  • Ensure up to date knowledge of products and regulations

Key Skills:

Science/related Bachelors Degree

Four years experience in the pharmaceutical industry, NHS, clinical research, patients association
