Are you a senior Change Specialist looking for a new contract that provides both longevity and truly substantive work? We are seeking a Change, Transition and Communication Lead/Specialist, which is a role that will have you work on a major Queensland Government business transformation programme. Focussing on one segment of the department, you will manage and lead the implementation of a change management plan as it applies to an enterprise wide HRIS programme.
The position on offer is for an initial six months with a further extension period of six months.
The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate recent experience with the:
- Change and Transition Management,
- Benefits Management,
- Communication, and
- Stakeholder Engagement and Training Strategies and Plans;
