Description
My client a well known managed service company are seeking an experienced an SAP SCM Consultant to design, configure & test SAP SCM technologies. In particular PP, QM and WM however predominately PP technologies.
The roles responsibilities include:
- Contribute and be accountable for a set of deployment deliverables of the corresponding functional team, which involves among others the following activities:
- Understanding the "as is" business processes
- Supporting the data conversion (tuning and running the tools)
- Supporting data cleansing
- Liaising with central teams for configuration requirements
- Assisting in the preparation of integration & confirmation testing
- Assisting the issue & defects resolution
- Supporting confirmation acceptance testing
- Assisting in cutover procedures
- Work closely with business analysts to ensure that local components are reflected in a detailed technical design for DS1's SAP-ERP design according to the global design and global standards.
- Ensure strong integration/communication between the respective functional area within the Central and Local Teams.
- Being able to effectively manage multiple stakeholders both within country and at a global level
To be successful in this role you must have the following skills:
- Excellent understanding of SAP, with at least 3 years of hands-on SAP experience
- Excellent SAP knowledge for the relevant process area
- SAP.SCM.PP & SAP.SCM.QM & SAP.SCM.WM predominately SAP PP
- Have at least 3 end-to-end implementation life cycle experience
- A team player
