Sr Support/QA AnalystOur client in Jersey City, NJ is looking for an experienced Support Engineer/QA Analyst with experience in Fixed Income to fill a full-time position. Salary is K. Work visas cannot be transferred. Relocation assistance is available.
Responsibilities
- Level 2 support of all systems and advanced troubleshooting of issues that are passed through first level
- Develop monitoring systems and testing tools
- QA testing of in-house systems while working with development teams
Requirements
- Work experience in Level 2 support of electronic trading systems
- Strong knowledge of Perl, Python and/or Shell
- Several years experience with FIX protocol
- Work experience with Fixed Income
- Strong understanding with SQL, Windows and C++/Java
- Exceptional verbal/written communication skills
