Data Modeller, RUP, Logical and Physical Models, Pharamaceutical.We are urgently seeking a Senior Data Modeller to work in Central London.
As the Senior Data Modeller you will:
Capture, model and describe data requirements, data definitions, business rules, data quality requirements, data security requirements, develop and maintain logical and physical data models, validate the requirements and models with business stakeholders, develop and maintain canonical message models and define source-to-target mappings for data migrations.
This will be for the the following deliverables:
Logical data models, Physical data models, Message models, Data migration mappings, Glossary of terms & Data requirements documentation.
Experience / skills:
At least 5 years of experience is required in roles covering the key responsibilities described above.
Senior level knowledge and understanding is required of application design, systems engineering and integration, in particular in the areas related to the key responsibilities described above.
Experience with process modelling is an advantage.
Experience with the use of PowerDesigner or Sparx Enterprise Architect is an advantage.
Experience in data design governed by an Enterprise Data Architecture is desirable, preferably using TOGAF.
Experience with RUP or comparable systems engineering disciplines is required.
Large organisation experience is required.
Any experience in working in Pharmaceutical, Healthcare or Government business areas is an advantage.
