Business Intelligence Consultant - 6 Month Contract - £450 Per DayBusiness Intelligence / Microsoft Business Intelligence / SQL 2008 / SQL 2012 / SSIS / SSAS / ETL / T-SQL
Progressive is currently for a BI Consultant to join a strategic technology consulting firm (SQL Server 2008 / ETL / SSRS / SSIS) on a 6 month contract. You will be required to help blue chip clients to re-design, performance tune and automate complex data management systems. The successful BI Consultant will have extensive knowledge of the Microsoft BI stack.
Key skills and experiences:
- Microsoft SQL Server design, development, testing & data modelling
- Design, develop and performance tune SSAS OLAP Cubes & Data Marts
- Provided enterprise-level
- Design of ETL Framework
- Development of SSIS packages
- Performance tuning of the T-SQL & database optimisation
- Creation and Testing of Reports and Data
- Agile development methodology
- Additional skills include Data Mapping, production of business, functional and process specifications, data modelling and database design would be advantageous
