Senior Functional Analyst proficient in French and Dutch (minimum very good passive knowledge of the other language)- Required skills

Good communication skills
Good knowledge related to security concepts ( IAM, PKI, softwarehosting )
Knowledge related to SOA and webservice (wsdl,..)

Scope of the project is : to define a common vision of how will evolve the User Management of Social Security in the future.
For this, studies, impact analysis and architecture studies have been made. Proof of Concepts will be made in support of the Architecture studies if needed. An audit among the actual users will be made in order to identify the improvement points from the users point of view. The consultant will care for the studies and the impact analysis.
