We have an exciting opening for a Infrastructure Analyst position with our progressive client in the Columbia, SC area. This is a long-term contract opportunity. Excellent communication skills required.

Job Responsibilities:
- An understanding of infrastructure design (how Servers and networks work together).
- Good communication skills allowing to interpret business customers' needs into a technical design
- Experience with server and network infrastructure
- Experience with Design Tools like MS Word & MS Visio
- Infrastructure design in support of application and/or infrastructure needs.
- Designs infrastructure components to meet technical requirements within a set architectural framework under the direct guidance of senior team members and within the guidelines of the Deployment Management Methodology (DMM). Will perform duties associated with various design phases of the methodology, which may include requirements gathering solutions definition, and engineering and will produce project deliverables accordingly.
- Participates in high level estimating of small efforts.
Candidate Requirements:
- Bachelors Degree or Associates Degree plus 2 years of related work experience
- Experience supporting server and/or network infrastructure
- Experience with design tools like Microsoft Word and Microsoft Visio
- An understanding of infrastructure design (how networks and Servers work together)
