Position: SaaS Business Development Manager

Location: London

Salary: 50k - 60k Base

Key Skills: Sales, CRM, ERP, Finance, SaaS and Business Generation

My clients, works within the finance and banking industry providing financial relationships with customers complementary to ERPs and CRM to meet the challenges of securing what is often a company's largest asset. My client is a market-lead in providing solutions in this area. They operate in over 60 countries and have over 30 million invoices managed annually, along with enabling almost 70,000 users of all sizes.

Responsibilities:-

  • Be responsible for the UK sales quota and its plan, and an individual territory quota
  • Lead the UK business and create the conditions for sustainable growth
  • Drive and motivate an experienced sales team to achieve and exceed revenue targets
  • Building up a UK-based Sales team.
  • New Business focused with a view grows a sales team in the future.
  • Hands-on approach to your leadership.
  • Define and implementing sales strategy across the UK within the CRM market.
  • Manage an ambitious hiring plan with Tier1 players
  • Create a strong pipeline through direct prospecting activities and working closely with the LeadGen and Marketing department
  • Exceed sales targets by selling Sidetrade solutions into accounts within an assigned area
  • Manage complex and entire sales cycles with a strong emphasis on new business sales Negotiate at C-Level
  • Create a strong pipeline through cold calling, partners, marketing and leadgen execs
  • 5+ years of successful background in sales of Business Software


Experience needed:-
  • Must have a proven track record in selling Business Software Applications such as ERP, CRM, BI, Finance, Supply Chain
  • Ideally experienced in selling software solutions for CFO's
  • More than ten years of successful background in business software sales in Large Accounts
  • More than four years of track record of Sales Management Team with direct reports and in developing and executing sales strategies and plans
  • Proven track record of over-achieving goals and targets in environments with high expectations
