Description
My client is looking for a senior IT Support Engineer with very strong Cirtix and; Microsoft Server 2008R2, XenApp publishing and support, 3rd line telephone and e-mail support/shadowing and Active Directory. You will be working on an external client site so must have excellent customer service skills and ideally have Citrix Certified Administrator (CCA) and Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE) qualifications.
You will be the clients Windows Subject Matter Expert identifying, planning and documenting innovative solutions and improvements to the current service. You will liaise with the enterprise architecture team in discussing new solutions, provide both on-site and remote administration of Microsoft Windows Servers, Citrix Provisioning, Citrix XenApp, XenServer, and a multitude of proprietary applications. The scope of work will include tasks in both the administration and support realms as well as a virtualized environment.
This is a six month contract with very high chances of extension
