Our client based in Reading or Dublin is currently looking for an experienced Software Engineer. As a key member of the Big Data team you will be responsible for architecting, designing and developing major components of next generation data platform.You will be involved in the software development lifecycle from strategy, architecture, design, implementation, testing and release with a focus on delivering solutions against business goals, technical requirements and our clients' engineering standards.

Successful candidates for these openings have extensive experience engineering and maintaining applications and infrastructure in large-scale, highly-available cloud environments. They will:
o Participate/drive the deployment of new security applications the run in our clients cloud infrastructure
o Develop/deploy infrastructure components the support those applications
o Responsible for the reliability and scalability of the applications and cloud environment
o Consistently engineer their services to make them run better in the production environment
Qualifications
o BS degree in Computer Science or related field
o Strong engineering experience in similarly scoped and complex environments.
o You love to code in Java, Python or C++.
o Test driven development experience.
