A global biotech organisation currently requires a QC Project Lead to join their team, based in the Netherlands. The client is looking for an experienced individual who has the ability to lead a project and who has experience of working in a laboratory environment.The Role:
•Set clear project planning and follow-up
•External laboratories performing selection
•Transfer, Plan and Develop different analytical methods and different starting materials
•Carry out transfer plan and report by transfer reports
•Adjust sample flow from warehouse to labs after transfer analysis.
Experience Required:
•Education: bachelor degree
•Extensive experience working in Pharmaceutical/ Biotech industry
•Previous practical experience of working in an laboratory environment- is essential
•Considerable experience in Project Management and the ability to work under pressure
•People Management: able to give direction
•Knowledge of project planning programs
•Experience of working in an GMP environment
•Fluent in Dutch and English (both oral and in writing)
•Excellent planning and coordination skills
•Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
