A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a FTSE 250 company that are seeking sales professionals to join as a Trainee Recruitment Consultant.Over the years we have won a number of awards most recently we were voted 'ASPCO Best Company Of The Year For 2012.'
The role:
- Business Development
- Account Management
- Sourcing suitable candidates via networking, headhunting and placing adverts.
- Cold calling, building long lasting relationships and selling at every stage.
You:
- Ideally have a degree although this is not essential
- 12 months minimum experience working within a sales environment
- Be self motivated and have a desire to excel your career quickly, where you enjoy working towards targets and incentives.
