EPR Trainer - North West - 9 monthsEPR Trainer required to join a major NHS in the North West region on an initial 9 month contract paying roughly £250 per day.
Previous experience in a training setting is vital, with an understanding of the nature and dynamics of an NHS environment essential.
A strong background in an acute trust setting is required for this role, and experience of working in an acute trust in the North West region would be advantageous.
You will effectively implement Clinical Systems training programmes/methods to achieve best practice in the training and development of new and existing staff.
Key Skills:
NHS experience
Experience in EPR (Lorenzo, Paris, iPM)
Strong Training background
Experience of Configuration and Change would be a bonus
Desirable Skills:
Experience in other EPR systems would be advantageous (Cerner, Medway, SystemOne…etc)
An ability to plan, organise and deliver IT clinical training in accordance with the users needs and availability
Excellent communication, organisational and motivational skills
The ability to create comprehensive learning materials to support end user training
The ability to identify problems and individual learning needs and find solutions
To be computer literate and have experience of working with Microsoft Office
