My client is urgently seeking a Scrum Master for a critical project in Sweden.
Description:
The distributed team consists of approximately 13 people; scrum master, requirement analyst, architect, project manager and developers in Stockholm and testers and developers in Noida, India.
The team handles both maintenance of the modules in production and the second phase of the project. In order to match our team you are flexible, highly motivated and able to think outside the box. Your assignment will primarily consist of being a scrum master.
When there is time you will work as a developer with development, testing and implementing solutions on the basis of user stories. As a scrum master you are responsible for organizing the daily work in the team. You handle planning and prioritizing and act as scrum master for the development team.
These are the main areas:
Releases
* Plan and follow up release work together with System responsible/project manager.
* Give status to System responsible/project manager about development and test work
* Have a general responsibility over development cycle (rough estimates: tasks: SIT: AT) Way of Working
* Focus on improvements in tools and methods like Jira, Scrum, Nova. Contribute with ideas of new improvements
* Establish and communicate improvements and new ways of working to the team Team/management
* Be a part of recruitment's - both onsite and offsite. Give feedback actively. Plan and follow up introductions for new team members
* Motivate and coach the team
Personality
