Description
We are looking for couple of Help Desk Technicians (Network) in PA to handle the Front Counter.
- Location: Ridley Park
- Duration: Long Term
He or she installs equipment configurations
--respond to trouble tickets using a ticketing support system
-Offer clients level-one customer service and technical support
-Analyze, document, resolve and/or escalate client inquires through use of a ticketing system.
-Monitor network, server and data line
Cisco experience is good to have though not mandatory
Excellent organization, customer relationship, verbal and written communication skills
Excellent problem solving skills and listening skills
Experience supporting and troubleshooting Microsoft Office products
Basic knowledge of networking concepts including DHCP and DNS
Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with employees in all departments

SCCM and MDT deployment experience.
