MS Dynamics CRM Consultant - Leeds             

MS Dynamics CRM required for an initial 6 month contract role in central Leeds.

My client are looking to engage an experienced Dynamics Consultant with the following responsibilities:

Reporting to the Programme Delivery Manager, this role will own the alignment of technical and business requirements to the proposed solution (MS Dynamics CRM 2013), as well as supporting the technical design phase of the solution build.

With a detailed understanding of CRM configuration and customisation, you will be able to assess the impact of proposed technical and business requirements on the platform and make recommendations for solution design and build.

As a MS CRM expert you will be expected to help develop of an understanding of the capabilities and functionality of the CRM platform across the programme team and to support engagement activity helping to build an understanding of the solution. 

The rate is negotiable depending on experience.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • As an experienced Dynamics specialist you will have in-depth knowledge and demonstrable experience of the capabilities of MS Dynamics CRM 2013.
  • Significant knowledge and practical experience of Dynamics CRM configuration and customisation.
  • Strong business analysis skills.
  • Familiarity with other elements of the Microsoft stack.
  • Experience of development and service delivery, operating across a variety of IT delivery roles in large and complex organisations
  • Experience of working within large, complex organisations, demonstrating an ability to quickly build and maintain effective working relationships
  • Experience of undertaking complex analysis of strategically critical business processes
  • Able to articulate potential changes to business processes confidently and accurately to a range of stakeholders in a variety of formats
  • Able to demonstrate effective communication skills. Able to communicate at all levels.
  • Able to demonstrate strong customer focus recognising internal and external customers, establishing effective relationships
  • Strong technical knowledge and appreciation of IT principles including regulatory, legislative and industry practices
