Your tasks:
  • Responsible person to ensure that shipment, handling and storage of the IMP, NIMP and other study material is done and documented according to the SOPs and local laws and regulations
  • Provideing appropriate input and support for IMP and material handling to all monitoring teams and is the main contact person for the corporate team and external providers, if needed
  • Responsible to implement efficient processes and to identify issues and solutions thereof. Further he/she supports the improvement of processes/tools linked with IMP Management on a global level
  • Collaborating and interacting with the local management team
  • Participation in team meetings as deemed necessary
  • Exchange of experiences and solutions with colleagues within the region and with the global distribution team
  • Providing the local team with coaching on best practice and guidelines on IMP
  • Responsible to set up and perform trainings for IMP and material handling and ensures tracking of all training sessions attended by the local team


Your qualifications
  • License to practice as pharmacist or degree in natural sciences when supervised by a pharmacist
  • Experiences in IMP distribution/clinical research and in clinical logistic
  • Fluent in English
  • Excellent communication skills to collaborate with clinical study teams and external partners
  • Ability to detect and solve problems, work proactively
  • (Self-)Organizing ability, demonstrates flexibility and works proactively
  • Combines strong social competence and technical oriented skills
