IT Software Service Product Management Expert
Responsibilities:
- Management of professional service products in telecommunications area, especially in carrier software service in BSS, VAS and IT domains, such services includes System Integration Service, Managed Serice, Customer Support Service, Field Operation Services, Migration and Learning Services, etc.
- Develop and manage related service product roadmaps and direction
- Service product portfolio management
- investigate and analyse requirements and make recommendations for improvement
- Devise business and strategy plans including market and competition analysis, product palns, etc.
- Communicate with and manage customers' requirements
Requirements:
- 15+ years in relevant industry
- Extensive experience of sales/delivery/development/management of professional services in telecommunication and/or IT industry.
- Work experience in telecommunication vendors/operators/integration providers/consultancies
- Insight to business trends in ICT transformation/Data Centre Consolidation/IT Governance is preferred
- Familiar with organization and work processes of Operators' O&M department
- Excellent communication, coordination and problem solving skills
- Strong leadership skills
