Profs4U is looking for SM iET Application Administrators for an International client,
Contract period of 12 months +, Work location Rijswijk-the Netherlands or Munich-Germany,

The Client has recently implemented iET as Service Management toolset for the existing (ITIL)processes and procedures. iET is a SQL Server based Service Management toolset, which provides a CMDB and supports all ITIL processes and procedures. It is a Client Server application, with the possibility of web-based interfaces. Two instances are in production at the Client, one for the classic IT ITIL Services, and an additional one, supporting Human Resources workflow planning.
The iET ITSM application for IT Service Delivery has been highly customised, which presents a challenge for upcoming version upgrades. A new version is currently on the market, and the upgrade/migration shall take place in due time.
- Solve assigned tickets of the iET Client and Server Applications, as well as the Web Services
- Application for Preventive, Adaptive and Corrective Maintenance, based on the revised requirements
- for the existing processes and procedures.
- Configuration of additional iET Modules for new processes, eg Licence Management
- Preparation for, and Implementation of, new versions of iET.
- Liaise directly with iET Support in order to resolve product issues.
- Administration of the iET Application regarding ie Access Control and Account Management,
- the day-to-day tasks such as creating new CI models, Change (RfC) models, etc.
- In cooperation with the EPO Database Teams the administration of the underlying MS SQL
- Server databases.
- (Mass) Import of data in the CMDB (via iET CMDB Intelligence Module or direct).
- Support the creation of CI interrelationships with DB scripts (SQL).
- Reporting on CMDB Data, Cross Check with other relational databases (Financial,
- Autodiscovery), Crystal Reports.
- Support continuous improvement of data correctness through scripts or application usability
- Document the iET implementation.

- ITIL V3 - incl CMDB management;
- iET ITSM tooling (incl implementations);
- MS SQL Server and Scripting;
- Crystal Reports;
- Documentation skills
Languages:
Fluently English,
German and French are a bonus
