Job Title: SLR/PLICS Project AccountantEmployer: NHS Trust
Location: South West England
Rate: £300 - £400 per day
Contract: 3-6 months
Real Staffing are recruiting on behalf of a NHS Trust in South West England which requires an experienced Service Line Reporting /Patient Level Information Cost System Accountant to come on board for a 3-6 month period.
This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on Accountant who enjoys working within a challenging environment.
This role is ideal for someone who is looking to build on recent SLR/PLICS experience.
Duties and responsibilities will include:
- Collecting and processing PLICS data
- Making sure the data is correctly formatted
- Analysing the data for any variances
- Loading data on to the costing model
- Producing results and financial reports
- Maintaining the current financial model and identifying improvements
- Ad-hoc costing support to the finance department
- Providing financial analysis and reporting
- Financial support for business cases
- Ad-hoc duties where required
Essential skills and experience:
- NHS experience
- Service Line Reporting (SLR)/ PLICS experience
- CCAB part qualified
- Good communication skills
Rate is negotiable and will be determined based on the quality and experience of the successful applicant.
