Our client is a market leader in the Helicopter design and manufacture area. Their aircraft are utilised in multiple industries. This is a great opportunity to gain exposure to the impressive machines.

You will be required to produce and refine Simulink models from top-level requirements, use Mathworks Embedded Coder to generate C code and debug/integrate software into the target system. Implement Simulink test harness into XPC simulator, perform unit level software test of target. Technical liaison with the supplier of the target system.

Skills required:

• Matlab and Simulink
• Mathworks Embedded Coder, XPC and Code Composer Studio
• Software code using C

Desirable skills:

• Vibration Management Systems and real-time frequency analysis
• ARINC429, RS422 and CAN Bus/ARINC 825
• Avionic/electronic laboratory test
• DOORS
