Description
Assists in the evaluation of client area application systems/programming requirements and processes (eg, new, enhancements or maintenance), in the preparation of application program specifications, and in the development, testing, and implementation of efficient, cost effective application solutions.COMPETENCIES:
- Assists in the identification of business requirements and in devising system and programming alternatives and specifications.
- Familiar with SDLC methodologies; Studies and analyzes existing office procedures as assigned.
- Prepares systems flow charts and logic diagrams to describe existing and proposed operations.
- Codes, debugs, and documents programs.
- Performs related duties as assigned or requested.
Required:
- Bachelor degree in Computer Science or a related discipline
- Minimum 4 years of experience required, 6 years of experience preferred in systems analysis and application program development.
- Requires good analytical ability and communication skills.

- Online design and configuration including use of process groups (expert level required)
- Coordinator design and configuration including Admin Triggers and Dynamic Queries (expert)
- Selection list value management & import utility (expert)
- Migrator
- Crystal Reports (v11) design and configuration for TrackWise (expert)
- Minimum of four major full cycle project implementations as a technical lead.
- Web Services design and development for TrackWise
