iOS Developer - Contract Role Are you crazy about all things Apple? Are you an iOS developer looking for a new and exciting challenge? Have you got a track record in building mobile applications for iOS?
Our client, Sydney's up and coming Software House are currently looking to hire an iOS Developer to develop innovative and cutting edge mobile applications for iPad/iPhone, utilising Objective C. The role will sit alongside both technical and creative teams, with the end goal of creating effective mobile applications. The company is a highly innovative organisation that encourages outside of the box thinking and creativity. This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious mobile developer to work within an innovative environment, delivering first class mobile application.
It is a 6 Month Fixed Contract, however, there is a possibility of being extended.
The Role:
The successful candidate will have ultimate responsibility for the creation and development of mobile applications for both internal and external projects.
Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement and maintain new features.
- You will be part of a team working on the latest web and mobile products.
- Ensure the mobile experience is consistent with overall company / product proposition, including user experience, data handling / retention and feature interaction.
- Build the best of the best for a growing client base, working on the continued development of iOS applications.
- Highly technical, communicative and passionate about high-performing software.
Core skills:
- Experience with iOS, Objective-C or Cocoa Touch
- Previous Mobile Development experience.
- At least one App published on the App Store.
- Excellent coding and problem solving skills.
- Previous Consulting experience or have worked in a Consultancy environement.
- Experience working as part of a team with formal code and project management tools.
- Agile methodology, teamwork development
- Iphone App development.
