Description
One of the leading manufacturers of professional AV system integration products has a sensational opportunity as a Firmware Engineer. This opportunities is based out of Los Angeles, CAJob Responsibilities
-Designing, developing, and testing application-level firmware.
-Design and development of embedded software in C and C++ for new and existing products.
-Execute and write test plans, protocols, and documentation for targeted features or components
-Effectively identify and debug issues, as well as suggest process changes or improvements
Experience Required
-5+ yrs experience in embedded software development and programming in C/C++
-Extensive experience with 8/16-bit microcontrollers
-Significant device driver development experience in more than one of the following interface types: USB, I2C, SPI, UART, JTAG, GPIO, PCIE
-Software development experience with ARM or similar embedded processor cores
-Experience in system level software (RTOS, test application) development and debugging in embedded environment
