One of the fasted growing Retail companies in London are seeking a Senior Cisco Network Consultant. The Network Consultant must have the all round technical consultant approach - assisting in pre sales, technical design, and implementation and supporting clients. As the Cisco Consultant they must have strong Networking (Cisco Switches, Routers, Firewalls) skills and excellent customer facing skills.
Essential Experience:
- 5 years + design and implementation of Networks
- Architecture and deployment of resilient infrastructures
- Advanced Networking (Cisco Switches, Routers and Firewalls)
- Practical understanding of Cisco Switches including trunking and interconnections, IPSEC VPNs
- Strong Firewall experience - Cisco ASA/PIX (ideally IPS modules)
- Strong Linux administration - Redhat, Ubtunu, CentOS, Fedora
The successful candidate MUST have a key eye for spotting new and upcoming technologies that could be useful to your customers.
